Cut-Off Date :   Reservations must be made via phone by Monday, July 1, 2024.

Pet Policy :   The Best Western Premier Kansas City Speedway Inn & Suites accepts Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) certified animals. Pets allowed up to 25 pounds.  No other pets are allowed.  Please let the Front Desk Agent know, at the time of making your reservation or at the time  of check-in, your furry friend is traveling with you and documentation may be required. Any indication of a pet in a guest room not marked as a pet room, will result in a charge of $25.00  (USD) fee (unless otherwise discussed with management) assessed to the guest or company account.

Smoking Policy :   The Best Western Premier Kansas City Speedway Inn & Suites is 100% non-smoking.  Smoking is not permitted in any of our guest rooms.  There are designated areas outside of the hotel where all guests are free to smoke.  Any indication of smoking in a guest room, including smell or visual confirmation, will result in a charge of $250.00 (USD) fee assessed to the guest or company account.

Reservations :   If the Group Rate quoted and signed upon is $124.99 per room/per night (plus tax), when making reservations, you CANNOT also request the Government Rate, plus the Military Rate, plus the AAA rate along with the offered Group Rate.

Method of Reservations :   Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees, directly with the Best Western Premier Kansas City Speedway Inn & Suites front desk reservations at 913-334-4440.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.  Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.  If any portion of the obligation will be paid by credit card or company check, the attached credit card authorization form must be filled out, signed, and returned prior to execution of this Agreement.

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date.  Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay.  Should you choose to depart early a departure fee will be charged.

Rates published are for single occupancy.  An (extra person charge) per person may apply for 2 or more guests sharing the same guestroom.

There is a 12.00 % per room per night tax.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a limited number of rooms for guests with special needs are available.  Please contact the hotel reservations department to confirm your arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy.  If you need further assistance, call Best Western Premier Kansas City Speedway Inn & Suites directly.  Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation by calling in.  All cancellations for individual rooms must be made by 48 Hours prior to arrival, otherwise the individual will be billed for one night's lodging (plus applicable tax).  In the event you miss the cancellation cut-off time, a Cancellation Fee will be applied.  No-Show charges are non-refundable and will be billed for one night's lodging (plus applicable tax).

Method of Payment :   Each attendee is responsible for their room, tax, and incidentals.  Rooms need to be guaranteed by each individual with a major credit card.

Payment for room, tax, and all incidental charges are due in full upon check out.  Payment can be made by cash, certified check, or credit card.  Hotel accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Duet Card, Euro Card, JCB International, Maestro/Switch, Master Card or Visa.
